Don't shoot the messenger. This trend takes me back to the mid-90s when Supers wore bra tops under sheer Donna Karan bodysuits. It looked great then, but does it now? Let's examine. Lindsay enjoys showcasing her assets, and she kept her see-thru attempt dark and moody. However, it calls attention to her hips; just an observation. Heidi can pull off most everything, but the mesh over the blue bra isn't my favorite. Too literal. Lauren gets my top vote. Her oversize sheer tee is cute, regardless, and her solid black bra provided full(er) coverage because it looks more like a bikini top. Not for the faint, but if you've got it, flaunt it, right?

I've rocked an outfit very similar to Lauren's and it looks great. I opted for a silky little camisole underneath for a little more coverage though than just a bra.

6I think sheer looks better in person then on camera. With a pretty bra it can look very nice and classy, now do it wrong and you look like a teenager at a wet t-shirt contest.
7I still think it looks slutty, regardless of how classy the shirt may look. I'd go for a very sheer and plain cami underneath.
8It depends on the fabric and the color and what they pair it with. Lindsay and Lauren look nice, but Heidi looks awful. Her bra completely shows thru the shirt, and it's a different color, that's not even complimentary to the shirt.
9Is this look back?! Say it isn't so! Ugh. But, if I had to choose one of the 3, I would go with Lauren's. But, probably wear a little cami underneath it.

12Definitely I would need a full coverage bra for a black (wouldnt wear it in any other color)see-tru blouse, or maybe a bandeau could work as well, keeping the rest of the outfit quite simple and 'covered'.

24If it's a sheer top and you wear a cami under fine but to wear just a bra a la SJP in SATC no no no! I'm sorry that just looks wrong in so many ways!
25just a bra? skanky. imitating lilo's personae style hasn't been recommended recently...with a cami sounds pretty though. it's all about class when you try looks like this, because funky can turn to skanky really easily.
