Fab thank yous are gifts for people who help you out on the regular. I'm talking about the loyal dog walker, friendly door man, or nice neighbor. For example, try a cool headband for your stylish manicurist or a luxe wallet for your accountant. No doubt my dog walker would appreciate this Fab Dooney & Bourke Umbrella ($49); it will stylishly protect her from the rain while she walks my sweet Annabelle.

1I promise, promise, promise your dog walker or gardener or whoever would rather have money. Do not give someone who makes like $10 an hour working for you an expensive trinket. My husband was just laughing about the Men's Journal page that recommended giving your assistant a $700 bike-- give them a bonus, for Christ's sake! If you know they have less money than you and times are tight just give the cash and let them choose what they want.

And the plaid earmuffs are too cute.
4I'm tired of Dooney too. It's another one of those sorority brands, if you ask me.
Still, as neat as these gifts are, I give cash in a nice card with a nice note. Especially with how things are nowadays!
