I think this dress would be cute if it was just short, and if it was on somebody else, because I think her shoulders are too broad for the cut of this dress, and she's too tan or something. I do like the design overall and the stripes.

I want to take scissors and cut off the "train" on the dress, although I think it would look a lot more elegant full length. The shoes are hot, simple jewelry is nice, makeup and hair look good. As odd as the bust of this dress is, at least the pups' are put away and it doesn't accentuate the "largeness" of them...

Those look new to me. Who is dressing her? When you have a girl with a sexy body and you add more sexy to the mix you're going to end up with something that looks pornographic. That's just how it is with sexy. She needs to pull back a little bit. I don't think she'll be able to though. Clearly her entire ego is tied up with her sex appeal...not even her beauty.

She looks like 80's workout video couture. This should have been a strapless top, with the stripe fabric ending at the waist, paired with a long black skirt with a narrow hem sweep.

Ok this looks ok as a dress, BUT.. not on her shes tooo busty for it and she looks trashy with her orange tan and her left boob has a dent in it lol. anyway the dress =ok Jess= NO way!

Not for her and the light should have both been in and no train then i could see it working but its too bulky on her frame. And that light strip right across the front is too much.

Great notice on the shoes, I love them! And the top of the dress does flatter her very well. That top cut is nice and the colors compliment her skin/tan. If the dress was all short then I think I would more appreciate the overall look but because of the angled bottom hem I don't like it.

I actually really like it - yes it's busty, but she's Jessia Simpson! She actually has breasts, and I know from experience that sometimes it's hard to find clothing that recognizes that fact and fits well. Overall, I love the print, the style is cute, and she looks super fab with her darker hair...
