Many of you adored the Phillip Lim navy ruffle dress Lindsay Price wore recently, and for good reason. The folded, tiered ruffles, the poofy shoulders — they're beyond charming. Apparently, model Liya Kebede loved it as much as we did, because she wore it out on a cold night in NYC. These ladies are wearing the same dress in the most opposite ways. Lindsay is party-ready in red suede Mary Janes and red lips. Liya, not so much. She's bundled to the max with black tights, black boots, and a black coat.
