If you're short on time or ideas (the clock is ticking!), gift cards are the perfect way to go. Some might argue that gift cards are impersonal but I disagree. You can give them to people you don't know very well, but they're also the perfect gift for difficult friends and family members. Either way; it's a win-win. I don't know one girl who would turn down this Saks Fifth Avenue Shoe Gift Card ($500). See what I mean?

4I got a friend a business card case from Coach for Christmas, and put a gift card to Nordstroms in it. She needs the card case, and could use the money toward her new work wardrobe (promotion, WOO!), so I figured it was a good way to help her along with both.
