I officially declare 2008 as the year of the celebrity designer. Seriously, who didn't try their hand at fashion designing? Some granted rave reviews, others, well, you tell me. From reality stars to actresses to singers, these celebrities all had something to say about style this year. Nicole Richie offered up her affordable line of chic jewels, The Hills girl Whitney Port debuted her designing talent with Eve & A, and even LL Cool J grabbed a piece of the action with his Sears line! I can't believe House of Dereon is still going; I don't actually know anyone who wears it.. or is remotely interested. Or even knows. o_O Hmm.
Blah to celebrity fashion lines. The only successful one I can really think of right now is Gwen Stefani's.

3Dereon does NOTHING for me. Only place I ever see it is Marshall's and TJ Maxx. And it doesn't even look like it's selling well there.
I've seen some of the Harlow jewelry line, and I kinda like it. Not available anywhere I know of though.
