It wouldn't be the finale of The Hills [1] without paying tribute to the queen. Lauren stole the red carpet show at The Hills finale [2] in a super cute Phillip Lim confetti dress. I've seen this dress in person and it is really special. Good choice, LC. She wore her shoe designer of choice, Christian Louboutin, and her pewter open-toe pumps shined only slightly, letting the dress do most of the talking. A simple gold bangle polished things in LC-style.
