I tried large door knockers once and I was just thinking how my lobes would stretch to my shoulders. I usually wear medium size hoops, mostly hollow gold, or long lightweight earrings.
i have been wearing oversized earrings since i can remember. (I used to get in beaucoup trouble in high school for them) even though they CAN come off "ghetto," vanillaj, it's not always the
case. that's an issue of styling.
I love earrings. I love big earrings even more...but I don't wear them all the time though because I don't want to look like a Buddha by the time I'm thirty.
Sometimes, as long as they're not heavy on my ears. I love earrings...usually just go with diamond or pearl studs, but I like wearing hoops and chandelier styles for a night out.
I find big earrings to spice up any outfit, but as a glasses-wearer, I find sometimes there is too much going on near my face. And I agree with Shayela - that picture is insane!
I have these cheapo hoop earrings (3 pairs for $1!) that are so big I can barely turn my head. They're fun. They make me feel more feminine with my short hair.
used to when they were so trendy a few years ago but now i think my style is simpler and i try to have interesting clothes instead of interesting accessories.

No I used to a few years back. God bad flashbacks.. I sometimes wore hoops the size of bracelets. Hard times- thankfully I've recovered.

4Hoops are ghetto in my opinion. But I absolutely looove big earrings. It's either big pearl studs or big chandelier earrings for me.
