Among the celebrities who partied in Miami Beach on New Years was Chloe Sevigny. You better believe the risk-taking actress went all out for the occasion. She dressed up head to toe in a look from Louis Vuitton's Spring '09 collection. That included a sheer burgundy blouse, an orange mini skirt with sequins, animal print bangles, an oversized clutch, and strappy platform sandals. If anyone can pull off this runway look it's someone fearless like Chloe. Do you agree?
