I've been wanting a fringe piece in my closet to reflect my love of the '20s. I figure a fringe mini skirt, like this Nanette Lepore Carwash Fringe Mini Skirt ($110, originally $220) is good because I can modernize it with cool tees. I know it's on sale, but I don't want to pay over a hundred dollars for it. Good thing I don't have to.

1I prefer the more pricier one.
