I've been wanting a fringe piece in my closet to reflect my love of the '20s. I figure a fringe mini skirt, like this Nanette Lepore Carwash Fringe Mini Skirt ($110, originally $220) is good because I can modernize it with cool tees. I know it's on sale, but I don't want to pay over a hundred dollars for it. Good thing I don't have to.

Check out this spunky Silence & Noise Flapper Skirt ($58). It's so much fun. Plus, it will satiate my appetite for something fringe but won't be as taxing on my wallet. I can't wait to dress it up with heels and play it down with Converse sneakers.

i've never been a fan of fringe.
1I prefer the more pricier one.
2That is kinda cool, but I'm tempted to make my own out of a plain skirt and fringe lace.

6I HATE TIERS!!!!!!!!!!! I just don't understand, when fringe is such a risk, why add the extra risk of tiers - blegh! I personally love flapper fringe, but only when it's kept long and chic...
