I love that dress. It probably looks even nicer in other light. She looks beautiful.

I actually think she should have gone for more attention-grabbing earrings, though, or something in her hair, or a darker lipstick, to bring more attention up to her face, though. Needs some stronger color differentiation. (Her makeup, hair and earrings would look perfect with a less-commanding dress pattern.) Because my eyes do want to go, DRESS! But it's not a big deal.

I like this dress a lot, but I LOVED the green dress she wore while performing. It was stunning.

I am confused about how I feel about this dress. Its different. she pulled off well but I don't know how many people actually could. And as someone posted earlier different earrings would be nice.

Eeeeh. I think that I kind of like the dress, but it's just a lot of flowers and train. I agree with shannydoots that we've seen similar on her before. I kind of don't like the hair, either (maybe a loose updo), and agree that some different lipstick/earrings may have helped.

Love it!!! She needs to lay off whatever thing she's doing to her face though, it looks like she's getting botox.

I don´t like the dress. It reminds me of a couch pattern too much. Nicole Richie could have pulled it off. Carrie Underwood not so much. I feel she all she wears are safe, pastel colours and big hair(though her hair looks pretty here).Sort of like Emmy Rossum.

hahaha! we totally had a couch just like this when i was little and now it is stashed in an upstairs bedroom where no one can see it. i do think she looks good though...maybe the train is a little overkill.

carrie is always wearing gowns like this on the red carpet - and i guess it suits her well. the color is nice and the shine/sparkle is right in line with the trends for the moment.
