I wish I could make a resolution to shop less, or only buy sales, but I would fail right away! I shop too much and while I would like to stop in theory, I really DO LOVE shopping!
Budget. It normally isn't a problem 'cause I usually physically shop at affordable shops like Forever 21 anyway, but I say "physically" 'cause I have a serious ebay problem. I can't resist those unique vintage items, and it doesn't help that
I can win them and have three days on average to scavenge for money as opposed to paying on the spot.. I'm so terrible.
I always buy crappy work clothes because I hate spending my disposable income on plain ugly suits, but this weekend I made myself go out and buy some new quality ones, not even on sale! It
killed me, but I'm proud of myself!
I want to make sure to use everything I have... I tend to go back to the easy things, because of my cramped closet space, so I'd like to help this by keeping a photo database of all my
outfits (also helpful to weed out unflattering pieces -- the camera doesn't lie). I started this last summer, but then I got super lazy.
I'm going to try & budget better, but my actual fashion resolution is to stop buying handbags like Coach or DKNY and others and to purchase one "investment piece". My goal is to save
enough each month and the end of the year- buy my Chanel bag.
oH! yes a budget, sometimes i dont
spend a lot, but when i do, YIKES!!
especially with the credit cards, with
those i need so much care,DAMN!! why
to they slie so easily, LOL
Mine is a combination of a few of those - I'm planning to wait until I finish losing the weight I want to, and then I'm splurging on myself with quality pieces that will last me a long time.
Mine would definitely be to set a shopping budget for myself...I already do a fine job of splurging and buying pricey things for myself! LOL. I need to cut back.
i have got to seriously put a hold on shopping for quite a while....like a few months. i have things with tags on them from months and months ago and i just did what i hope (because my
willpower is terribly weak) will be my last clothing purchase for a while: a gorgeous slip from silence and noise.
Sad as it makes me, I need to start investing in pieces that I can wear to work. I tend to skimp and buy bad quality work clothes, because I hate spending money on things that aren't fun! But
this is my career, and I want to look polished and professional.

Nicky Hilton was spotted leaving The Ivy restaurant after a day of shopping with sister Paris. Her casual yet stylish outfit, which consisted of skinny jeans, tall black boots and an Alice + Olivia military blazer, was perfect for the occasion.
Read the "made of" tags more often...

5I need to set a budget and be patient for items to go on sale.
6I would say to splurge on myself. I'm always looking for sales for everything and it'd be nice to "go all out" on myself...at least once

8In 2008, I started buying more classic pieces and less cheap/trendy stuff (the exception was jewelry). I plan to continue that in 2009.
9The only fashion splurge I inted to purchase this year is a pair of Loubs I can wear to work.
10my fashion resolution is to buy more colorful items,,,, no more grays and blacks for me this year =)
11i just need to learn that quantity does not mean quality

17not buy any handbags so that I can splurge on a chanel in the fall
18Even if I can't be designer I want to get some better made clothing than a lot of the things in the mall especially more dressed up clothing.

23Not only better quality, but more colors, more versatility. Things I can work into different outfits. And DEFINITELY take more risks!
24Other. I want to stop impulse buying on items I'll only wear once. I want to still spend a lot of money on clothes but on items I'll wear more often.

26i just transferred to a university, so my resolutions would be to stop spending so much, stop ebaying and NOT wear PJs to school like everyone else!
