Not the prettiest dress, but it definitely is a step up for her. her makeup is nice.

Her body is freaking incredible, and she's chosen to wear the most unflattering combination...a light-colored, shiny, too-tight dress! I don't like the lace panels on the bottom at all. But it is true that at least it's a dress and not some kooky costume.

for some reason I really like it...although probably more as a costume or in the bedroom. still I kind of appreciate the playful vintage appeal. My reaction partly has to do with the fact that I have very low expectations for her....

I actually liked this dress, it didn't strike me as overly lingerie-y. It's waaaaay more tasteful than most of the stuff she wears. The only thing that really bothers me is her insistence on playing the vintage vixen card ALL the time. Dita Von Teese can rock it naturally but Katy comes off looking like a high school kid going through a style phase.

I really hate how you guys say that celebrities "try too hard" like it's a bad thing, but then get annoyed when they are too safe - there's no pleasing you people! I personally love Katy's style - I can't stand her but I think she is gorgeous and she takes fun risks that may not work but she always looks great. I hate the bottom of the dress, and according to my tastes it's a little cheesy and old-fashioned, but I think she pulls it off as a costumey-type look (I think costumey is kind of her trademark). but seriously, you all need to stop being so picky!

the colour really isn't for her, nor is the cut and shape of this dress. Both kate perry and the dress are beautiful but they just weren't meant for each other. She should stick to bolder darker shades to bring out her porcelain skin and dark hair gothic comination instead of looking washed out in a light coloured dress, pale skin and dark hair.

That looks like something Blanche Devereaux would find sexy. I realize it's necessary to cake on the make up for the Red Carpet, but Katy foundation rarely matches her skin color.

I like it... Not going to find it for myself, but I like it. Maybe if it was a different color.a.. I'd also like it more if the fabric wasn't so shiny, then it wouldn't look like it fits so poorly. And Katy dear, stand up straight! Your shoulders always look like you're slouching and with this dress it definitely dulls the affect, make you look unconfident. As we say in dance, posture is 90% of looking good!
