If you live in a sunny town, you can wear Lauren Conrad's resort collection without suffering frostbite. For the rest of us, we'll just have to wait until things warm up. Her hot-weather offerings include her signature jersey dresses along with fun swimwear and cotton tops. My favorite piece from the line is the strapless old-school swimsuit, seen below, retailing for $130. I like how the modern print adds flavor to the vintage cut. I would first wear it to the pool and then at a party with a black skirt thrown over it. Lauren's resort collection is definitely a step up from her past collections so hopefully more goodies are to come. Are you interested yet?

Fab, I feel like you're always saying Lauren's new collections are a step up from her past collections. Is this wishful thinking on your part? I just see more of the same.
Love the print! She is improving with each collection.
I must admit that she is improving, but it still looks like Forever 21 clothing to me.
You can find this same type of clothing at Forever 21 but MUCH cheaper.
I hope her stuff aren't that expensive. I mean, I would totally wear them, but buy them? I don't think so. I hope she'd tie up with Target in the future.
Just more of the same ole stuff.
you can just tell looking at the fabric that it is not good quality, esp for the prices. Might as well find better pieces at Forever 21!
i'm sorry, but her work always looks so... blah.
She gets paid to do this? A designer? Seriously?
Forget Forever 21. I have a tank top and a sun dress very, very similar to the "styles" shown here and I think I got them off at clearance rack at Target like two years ago.
i actually think this might be a step back from her previous collections, which is saying a lot...
I really don't see much improvement here. Still not worth my money.
I see no difference from her previous collections.
There is some improvement because before she did not use any prints, now she is using this lovelys safari. She also is more than just the jersey fabric. Shes 22 by 27 she will put out stellar collection.
I'm not impressed with the clothes as a whole, but I am liking the retro-cut bathingsuit, too, Fab.
Boring!!
and the name of the collection is "the cloths you can get from anywhere with a much cheaper price and a better design" seriously if i can sew i will do a much better collection than this
Is she ever going to come up with anything remotely interesting?? Blah! I can get those same pieces at TARGET!
Cute, wearable basics, but definitely overpriced. I like a lot of these, but I wouldn't pay full price.
I don't really get the whole resort wear thing. that and pre-fall are concepts I just don't grasp. These things look cute though expensive (130 bucks for that swimsuit? Right)
the swimsuit is cute, although maybe not so flattering on us mere mortals, but yeah, all her collections are quite boring. i see no originality, and so i don't see why she thinks she has the chops to be a designer. i have friends at school who design clothes a thousand times funkier or more elegant, but they don't have the money to make them a reality. it's just annoying that LC actually gets "credit" for this stuff...
I'll admit I have a pair of her leggings and my sister has one of her dresses. The leggings are super comfy but so see through! I kept them because I got them on clearance. My sister's dress is cute but was not worth the $100 it costed. The materials are very basic and like everyone said, her line is very overpriced.
her pieces just don't excite me.
It's nice.
Disappointing. Not very original, are they?
still kind of boring, especially for the prices
I prefer this model to the previous used in the past.
Still. Would rather go for f21!
