Gorgeous color...not sure I like the belt though.
1i'm lovin' the dress but not the girl on it. KUDOS to her for the fashion choice. simple and chic! the belt is pulling the whole look together.

21I love the silhouette and color of the dress, and I think it looks great on her, but I think she needs to pull it upppppppp, I hate the belt, and I don't like the part directly under the belt - it looks like it's outlining her pelvis (sorry, I must have a dirty mind haha). I think she looks gorgeous, though, and I love the hair...

28from the belt up, i love it. i like where the belt hits too, on her waist, but from there down i am not the biggest fan. those knot things are a little weird, and i normally love reem acra gowns.
29Rumer gets a lot of flack for not being "pretty." But she works what she got, and I think she has an unusual kind of beauty. I love this dress and I think she looks beautiful, accept the hair should be more brunette.
