The House of Chloé designed scallop shorts as part of its Spring '09 collection. They're so unique, Kate Bosworth and Emma Roberts have both already experimented with them. Kate wore hers in October in a nude color, paired with a white tank and matching blazer. Emma, on the other hand, kept her look monochrome ivory, with the exception of her navy pumps. She added a tuxedo flair via an ivory Helmut Lang blazer piped with satin. Both ladies opted to pull in menswear qualities, but who wore their Chloé scallop shorts better?

I love them both, but I think Emma nailed it with the colorful shoes and the white palette. She looks stunning.
1I prefer Kate.
2I actually don't think either one of them looks that great. If it's warm enough for shorts, you don't need a blazer, and vice versa. Both of these outfits are really blah.
3I prefer Emma's outfit, but I pick Kate because the shorts fit her better. On Emma they look a little weird, too baggy, I think...

Judging solely on the outfit, I voted Emma, because I dig structure. And I just hope they're in sweltering LA, because anywhere else, hypothermia's a concern!

7I don't like either, but I prefer the structure of Emma's. And can't these females afford food. Can we rally around buying them a meal becuase they have both looked healthier than this.
