I'm a sucker for a multi-functional fashion piece and this Pencey Tube Skirt ($198) is tricky. We all agree Pencey is a new favorite designer, and stripes are always cool, so this tube skirt has Fab written all over it. The lightweight jersey fabric skirt comes in white with either black or lemon yellow stripes, and can be adjusted via ties on the sides. They call it a skirt, but I'm wondering if it can be cinched up, belted, and even be worn as a third-option tube dress. It's items like this that make my imagination run wild . . .

not many girls can rock a tight horizontally striped stretchy skirt....
1I don't really like it...maybe on the beach or something as a cover-up. But probably not even then!
2Pass.
3these look like Wal-Mart knock offs.
4Leave it to the kiddies.
They look like something that would easily turn into a "Don't" on many people.
5The look is immature and unflattering, and the fabric looks cheap. I don't see why on earth anyone would pay almost $200 for a piece of children's clothing.
6Pass. :/
God that's awful.
7terrible!
8ooh, honey... no.
9Yuck, no thanks.
10$198? What should make this $198? The "quality"? Lol.
11More like $10 at Target! Not to be mean but... just quite frank.
Bwah, horizontal stripes across these thighs? Across MOST thighs? For almost 200 bucks? No no no.
12I don't see this going well. Especially not the version on the right. With those stripes, anyone with hips is going to look a mile wide, even if you're thin. Maybe they should make them in toddler sizes.
13No, thanks.
14Ack, no.
15Ack, no.
16Whoops, double comment. But the ack still stands!
