Max & Chloe is about to make budget shoppers ecstatic. The accessories brand has created a new line of affordable jewels. "Even with tighter budgets, people don't want to sacrifice being fashionable," said co-owner Jamie Rubin. Amen.
The new addition, deemed Blu, includes rings, necklaces, and bangles, priced from $5 to $60. How so cheap? They use gold and silver plating, enamel, and Austrian crystals. If you dig these Blu Bijoux Enamel Bracelets ($28, originally $35), then you're sure to like the entire selection.
