Winter boot season is still a few months away, but these Cole Haan Becka Tall Suede Boots are already calling my name. Made from supple yet surprisingly durable suede, this boot will take you anywhere. Pair them with trousers for work, a long skirt or mini for night, or over jeans for a funky look. I love the leather lacing and buckle detail, but there's also a brass side zipper for easy access—gotta love that! The inside is fully leather-lined and has a comfy padded sock lining. Buy them here for $375 in dark chocolate or black.

I also really love these Dolce & Gabbana Leather Boots. Yes, they are quite pricey, but they are so unique and beautiful. I love the color and the burnished-gold, military-inspired buttons. They have a wooden sole and stand at three-and-a-half inches. You can buy them here for $1,550.

For a less-expensive alternative, these Style&co. Chester Tall Buckle Boots are a classic. I adore the double buckle on the top and the round faux buckle accent on the bottom. They are made from leather uppers with a man-made sole, and the heel measures three-and-a-half inches. Buy them here for $129. Available in brown and black.

yey! I'm so happy it's getting colder, I keep taking my winter boots out and looking at them longingly. I'm not keen on these pairs though.
1I feel like these deserve to be somewhere near a horse.
2Agreed my soon to be personal shopper! I love my boots, but these are just not me!!!
3Agreed, they do look a lil bit country, but I am glad more round toe shoes are available these days! I hate hate hate pointy toes (being a size 10, I don't need to make my feet look larger), and that's all I could find last year!
4The last ones are cuter!
5I do like boots as well, but yeah agreed, not for me
6whoaho!!!!
7How the hell would you walk on the ice in those things?
8I love round toe boots I'm glad they're back this season..I got mine from Michael Kors and they have non slippery soles and the heel is only 2 1/2 inches so I can't wait for the cold and snow
9The first one is my fav. but here in cali i'm either in sneakers or flip flops

17They are kinda cute. well the first pair are
18I bought a pretty expensive pair of boots a couple years ago, and just pulled them out of the closet for the first time since last winter. Sadly, living by the beach has taken its toll and I had to throw them out (along with two other pair of dress shoes). You can't bury leather shoes in the closet for long periods of time here or they get mold. LAME.
