5I advise readers DO NOT SHOP at MonaMoore.com -- I recently purchased a pair of shoes on sale from their store and they arrived with scuffed soles and looking very worn and dirty overall, as if a thousand people had tried them on and strutted around their store. When I wrote them to let them know about the condition of the shoes, I was told that because they would not allow a return/refund because they felt the sale price was too good (despite the fact that the shoes apparently are from 2 seasons ago and there was no warning that the shoes would arrive in less-than-new condition). This kind of less-than-stellar customer service in a day and age when there are PLENTY of other shoe sites that allow 100% satisfaction guarantees, sale items or not, is deplorable and unacceptable. SHOP ELSEWHERE, girls!!
