3The tights ruin what would have otherwise been a decent outfit. The tights clash with the skirt and don't go with the softer theme overall.
4I am going to say the opposite of Jessiebanana. I like the tights, but they dont go with the skirt, and the sweater does not go with anything in this outfit.
5I won't go as far as to say 'ew' or anything, just not my fave. Nice elements in it, just not so much overall when put together
