It's been a while since we've seen Bilson but she's back in town. The actress ran errands in a Mexicana-inspired ensemble that's perfect for a sunny day in LA. Check out those adorable Mexican characters on her mini skirt. The taupe blazer and her LnA tee downplay the skirt, the brown suede boots add variety, and her Temperley bag polishes it all up. Viva Mexico!

What's wrong with being pale? I think she looks fine.
1Ouch with the tan comment. Pale is beautiful!
I'm not too big of a fan of this look. It seems like the items are all from different seasons and don't really mesh too well.
2I don't think the ankle boots were the best choice here. Us shorter girls cannot pull that off, I wish she would have chosen a shoe that didn't end right at the ankle. The rest is so so.
3Ummm - why does everyone need to tan!? She looks great. Stick w. and work what you have - everyone can!!! No wonder people are baking to death w. comments like those...yikes.
4must agree on the "tan" comments - she has beautiful skin, why change that with a tan? while self-tanning is a great alternative to real tanning, why be tan at all? why can't pale be considered just as beautiful as tan? i'm learning to love my pale pale skin and i refuse to fake tan - why knock someone's natural beauty and insist they change it?
5Say no to the fake and bake! Tans are overrated. Pale is beautiful INDEED!
6Hi girls. Thanks for your comments. There is definitely nothing wrong with being pale. I'm certainly not tan year-round! I was merely suggesting that a bit of color would enhance her outfit. Xo.
7Only if it is a faux tan! As a fellow fair-skinned lady, I think she looks fine.
I love Rachel so much, I've missed seeing her on here!
8rachel looks gorgeous
as usual
a few of my friends have been trying out this look, but not me because i can't stand my legs
9I'd rather fair skin than a splotchy fake tan or skin cancer some day...as far as the outfit, meh. A little too earthy crunchy for my taste...
10i love the skirt and the bag, but i've never really been a fan blazers with more casual outfits. i guess i just don't like the crunchy granola-ish outfit with the structured jacket. i really do like that skirt though, anyone know where it's from?
11The skirt looks handmade and Mexican, Peruvian, Bolivian or something like that.
12The skirt is adorable!
I want to know who it's by.
13Viva Mexicoooo y viva la tez clara!!! =P
14i'm usually a big fan of hers, but i'm not into this outfit. there is something funny about it. i don't know if it's the shoes or the blazer... ? i love the skirt though.
15that skirt is sooo adorable!
16that's a really cute outfit. If I were to wear the outfit I would have switched the blazer for a cardigan and the boots for some cute roman sandals.
but she is a celebrity and she gets to dress like this so 10 points
17she's my style icon.
18Oh my good God. Where is her skirt from?! I HAVE to have it.
19Just viewed the promo for the Elle show---spotted a GIANT fur collar on a coat---hope that was not stolen from an animal---cruelty is never in fashion....and some of animals are skinned alive. Hope that fur is not on the runway--otherwise, my debit card and I will be tune to Bonanza or Gilligan or something else.....Thanks and I do love QVC.
