New York Fashion Week, Fall 2009: Best-Dressed Guests
I've said it before, I'll say it again: Fashion Week is the ultimate time to step up your fashion game. It's no time to be shy or play it safe. You have tons of eyeballs on you and you better believe those eyeballs are sizing your style up. But only a handful of ladies succeed in looking smashing, head to toe. Actresses usually opt for pretty, while industry insiders, like Nina Garcia, walk the fashion-forward route. We're well into New York Fashion Week now, so I present to you my best-dressed guests thus far.

None of them really wow'd me. I liked JJ the best if she had fixed her hair a bit. Hilary Duff looked too matronly.
