A while back, we told you surfer dude Tracy Feith was set to design a Target collection, and that he did. For Spring, Feith is offering up a sweet collection filled with vintage-inspired bikinis, dresses, and tops. I like the mixture of '60s flower power prints, ruffles, and mod shift dresses. To add some toughness, Feith embellished with large zippers, and even supplied us with some slick faux leather jackets. My favorite piece has to be that adorable black blouson jumper. By the way, doesn't Allie from The City look adorable? Items arrive in stores and online May 17.

Eh, there's a couple of cute looks, but for the most part, it all looks very thrift-store-y. I'm not going to pay the typical $29.99 for a top with one of Target's limited lines when I can buy it for $5 at a thrift store.
