Minus the long cardigan none of it really works for me.

i love how effortless yet fashion forward this look is, however, it is really hard to pull off unless your that thin!

Call me crazy, but I'm not sure that tights and a sweater count as fully clothed. I'm all for personal expression and she does look great, but seriously - tights aren't pants!

is she wearing anything under that cardigan?! doesn't look like it - not that it would matter; it's so short that she can't even stand up straight or her butt would be exposed! I love the look minus the drug addict hair, but either wear a mini skirt or a longer cardigan (especially if you're going to wear opaque tights) - no one wants to see your behind...

Absolutely looks horrible to me - would not be caught dead wearing this....I cannot believe someone gets press coverage for looking like they rolled out of bed (hair) only to throw on some hose and a jacket - tres horrible! The shoes are the ONLY thing even approaching the cool factor...

i love the look - it's casual chic- and it's like she just threw it together without really caring much. i think that her messy hair and smokey eyes really compliment the whole look too
