the only thing I hate is her hair - her face is pretty (in a very unorthodox way), but it's kind of fat and her age is starting to show (I'm not trying to insult her; that's just the way it is). for that reason, she needs to keep her hair long, wavy, and light - the dark is not working for her. as for the outfit, I like the simplicity of it and the cut and color looks great on her. the thing I don't love is the shoes - I prefer the ones you featured...

The shoes aren't really my thing. Her face can look quite severe so I think it's better that she keeps her hair wavy or curly as opposed to pin straight. She also needs to start dressing her age... Dressing younger than you are ages a person in a bad way.
