3It's a pretty dress. I think it can be pretty versatile too. You could wear it without the belt and a cute blazer or with a skinny brown belt.
But, I don't want to be an enabler, so if you're really hurting for dough, I say do what feels right. Groceries or a dress seems like a no brainer to me.
