As the temp starts to go up, so will my hemline. This model is wearing this Silence and Noise Printed Poplin Skirt ($40, originally $60) with tights. Not I. It's April — time to start showing off those toned gams. The shape is flattering, and I adore the bright pops of green and purple. Notice how the dark palette prevents it from looking too girly; just the way I like it.
