As hoped, Kate made a grand entrance at the ribbon cutting for the grand opening of Topshop NYC. She's been partying it up in Topshop all week. We don't see Kate in bold colors often, so her emerald green Kate Moss for Topshop maxi is a shock to the eyes . . . in a good way! Silver chandelier earrings and Yves Saint Laurent black platform pumps maintain the chic while her blue leather jacket brings it all downtown.

8Yuck I hate the dress. The seam across the hip is unflattering and it looks like it's made poorly. The tights are the worst.

10I agree bonniebonnie. The dress is ugly and the tights just make it worse. None of the pieces of the outfit look good together--the chandelier earrings look weird with the motorcycle jacket.
