Please Dress Up!: My thoughts exactly. Judy Berberian and Grant Dolittle, who think you are your art, started their unique clothing collection in 2006 in a small basement in San Francisco. The forward-thinking duo discovered their love of fine fabrics — specifically Swiss cotton, Italian silk and cashmere, and knits from Spain and Greece — when they worked at Britex Fabrics. From the beginning, the goal was to create original pieces that aren't mass produced, but rather, individual and timeless. Hence, pieces are limited edition and not reproduced once sold out. The Spring '09 collection features a dress that can be worn in several ways, while the Fall '09 line is all about la vie Parisienne. Whatever you do, Please Dress Up!

2I don't like most of the designs shown here, but I went to the website and their last two collections, La Vie Parisienne and Pleats and Ruffles are fabulous. There's a yellow and green pocket dress that is my favorite and I want it. I love the name and their idea and aesthetic, too. I'm guessing their prices are high, though? I see they're located on Sunset Blvd., so...
