Just when you think fringe has peaked its potential, designers come out with a thinner winner. Flapper fringe gives off a jazzy vibe, unlike its thicker, more bohemian sister. I actually own a black La Rok top similar to this 3.1 Phillip Lim Fringed Boat Neck Tunic ($695). Gotta love the way it swings with every motion. Swish, swish . . .

Like sequins and other embellishments, it's okay in minimum.
1didn't this dress get a lot of slack when RBils wore it in tan? I like it better in black, and i loooove RBils
2Oooh, I love fringe! Especially this flapper kind. It's more delicate. The Phillip Lim is gorgeous!! ♥
3Not really that into fringe, but I love that first tunic top from Forever 21.
4i really wanna try this trend but i always worry that it might look tacky on me!
5since you been into fringe,
6i've been looking for some
cool accesorie, it intrigues
me how can it look on me.
this is the only kind of fringe I can stand - fringe has to be long and chic, and flapper fringe usually is. and this comes at a very opportune time, too, since I'll be having a 1920's-theme 20th birthday party in a month!
