I'm not normally a fan of bubble hems, but in fashion, there are always exceptions. This BCBG Max Azria Spring Bubble Skirt ($48, originally $128) is one of them. It's superior to all the other bubble skirts because the draping makes it less cheesy, more chic. Plus, the white color is fresh for now through Summer. Pairing it with a simple tank or tee would do; the skirt is charming and should be center of attention.

1Love it. Divine. I'm not so much a fan of the maryjane heels, but I guess this bit is just about the skirt. I can't quite tell if the waist of it is elastic, but if it is, I'm even more in love w. it. I seem to be cursed from wearing whites without getting them dirty right away, but for $48 smackers, I'd be willing to take a chance!
2oh i've almost bought it twice! $48 is an appropriate price for this cute little mini! much more than the three digit price tag!
