There is no other way to describe this Rory Beca Two Layer Skirt ($209) than Adorable, with a capital A. I'm not easily amused by cutesy things, but the fact that it's black gives it a serious undertone. I would jump on it; the only thing is I'm trying to be a good girl and not spend too much. Lucky for me, I found a similar skirt for way cheaper.

Forever 21 is in hot water, but that's not to say it doesn't come out with stylish goods for less. This Forever 21 Candace Layered Skirt ($18) is made up of different fabric but is the same silhouette, perhaps a bit more dramatic. The only thing I would do, since the bottom layer is longer than the Rory Beca version, is to have it shortened. At that price, I can afford to do so. A simple tank and funky heels and I'll be happy.

The F21 one looks a little too geometric in the hip area for me...
2i couldn't pull off either of them.
3my hips are big enough already!
My body shape would not gel with that at all. And its kinda eh.
4I prefer the Forever 21 version.
