Recession aside, there's no stopping the $11,410 Balmain jacket. Beyonce chose to wear the crystal-embellished, drummer-boy stunner to dinner at the Waverly Inn with her hubbie, Jay-Z — they were celebrating their one-year anniversary. She kept the look very Beyonce with tight dark-rinse jeans, sassy sandals, and a chain-handle, black-leather bag. The shoulder love continues, as does Beyonce and Jay-Z love.

I love this look!!
1must be nice to be able to afford a jacket that costs 11grand ..... i'm not a lover of crystals on my clothing but this one's ok, but i'm not loving the shoulders.

3hot beyonce you get me every time...
4She should have just flushed $11,410 down the toilet because that is one hideous jacket. The shoulder pads??? Ugh...what a waste of money. Seriously.
5im loving the jacket, not for that price though!
6Only Michael Jackson can pull that off imo..
7She always have to die for pieces or one of a kind! I want the whole Balmain line!!!!
8Oi. I totally love jackets like that but could never muster up the cojones to wear one.
9Love the jacket - hate it on her (sorry b). That jacket has so much attitude and on her it seems so forced and unnatural....like she's trying too hard to be one of the cool girls
10I think she looks fabulous. Love it!
11And price is a relative thing, she's a bazillionaire, she obviously liked it so why not?
I love it! I think it looks good on Beyonce but the again I think she can rock any look!
12The jacket is absolutely gorgeous! But I have to completely agree with msrice on her comment:

Buying an $11k jacket doesn't buy you style. Sorry.
13It's so Michael Jackson...not feeling it on her at all.
14Gaudy. As someone with the means, she has poor taste.
15I haaaaaaaaaate that jacket. I wouldn't want it for 50 bucks, let alone 11K.
16I like the jacket - but like everyone else says - not at all her style. B needs to stay in her lane.
17The jacket is tacky and at that price...well, there's no accounting for taste!
18Not feeling it!
19hate the jacket. ugly as hell, and at 11k.
I wouldn't even hang it on my wall.
but i'll hawk it and hopefully it gives me enough to buy other stuff i want.
20its obvi if you dont like this outfit let alone jacket you have no taste! all of balmains designs are amazingly well structure and tasteful. LOOK AT THOSE SHOULDERS!!! 11k is well, not quite in my budget but im on a mission to find a less expensive version.
21wow obviously she doesnt care much for hunger all over the world like her hubby, thats one thing she forgot to LEARN from him...
22who are we to comment on how she should spend her money??
it is a wicked FAB jacket but it only looks good on the very narrow slim frame girls. she is emphasising her curvy figure (nothing wrong with that) but in an unflattering way, cos the jacket shoulders are so exaggerated. she just looks like a undressed military band member here.
I can imagine sienna or kate pulling this look way better.
23actually i like the jacket. i think 11k is absurd but it is her money and she is loaded lol but i think she does look good in it. i'd wear it
24She made 80 million this year she could easily but the entire Balmain collection if she wanted too. I would buy this jacket in a heartbeat too although I love the acid wash version too
25$11k would seriously change my life.. so that's ridiculous to me. As for the jacket, I hate the shoulders trend but it's an ok jacket.
26I love the jacket but not the price.
27i would buy this jacket for myself if it didn't cost over 11,000 dollars. it is gorgeous though!
28so beyonce,diva-ish
29Jacket is ugly; it looks like something Michael Jackson would wear. I really don't like the whole look.
30LOVE!
31I love that jacket. looks terrible on her
32i agree with msrice comepletely
