If fringe had a season it would have to be Summer. I can't think of a better time for me to rock this trend with shorts, skirts, jeans, you name it. Take for instance this Twelfth St. by Cynthia Vincent Flat Fringe Sandal ($204). The short, sleek fringe is the ideal mix of hippie-chic and city glam but I'm not willing to pay that much for such a statement piece.

This Wanted Fringe Sandal ($39) is more up my alley. It's much cheaper and the style is dead-on. What more can you ask for?
