Forever 21 has had such success in the fast fashion business, it's expanding to include a new more sophisticated, more cohesive line: Twelve by Twelve. The Twelve by Twelve collection features everything from faux leopard fur coats to empire dresses and cocktail dresses. Not to worry if you're a fan of the Forever 21 prices; the new line has no piece over $100. The twelvebytwelve.com website will be launched later this month, followed by 10 to 15 in-store boutiques at already existing Forever 21 stores. By fall, a stand-alone Twelve by Twelve shop will be opened at the Beverly Center in Los Angeles. This new line is perfect for those of you who love Forever 21 low prices but have sophisticated taste!

As long as the quality is also better. I love their stuff, but the can seell so cheap for a reason. It's not horrible- but if i am to shell out $50 or more on ANYHTHING- it better not fall apart.
1do you know how happy this makes me?!!? F21 is the only place I shop!
2haha as soon as i saw this i thought of you, fashionsugar!!
3THIS IS SO EXCITING!!!!
4well, yes the quality does suck, but the prices are low, so you can't complain much. also, pretty much everything in the store is a one to two season only, they're not classic pieces, so if it doesn't last long, it's okay to me.
5Ooh interesting! I too am a bit worried about the quality, but hopefully that will change too.
6i agree...low prices but low quality...i have shyed away from forever 21 for that reason but the other day I went in there on a whim and the stuff was realllly cute! hopefully this new stuff will be just as stylish, but a little better quality hence the raised prices
7I'm excited to check it out!
8See, the thing is that I wlak by forever21 and like what I see in the windows but I find that their clothes are cheaply made when I look at them and feel them. I hope this line has quality clothing - that would be cool.
9Hm... Forever 21 with a bigger price tag... Isn't that called Arden B or Bebe?
10Talldiva45 i agree. We have a huge Forever 21 store nearby. i look at the clothes online and i'm like yeah i want that, but when i actually tried the clothes i wanted from their site at the store i was not satisfied. since then i've had a chnage of heart on F21.
11their jewelry is really fun though and I have found some cute, cheap stone necklaces and bracelets that look good. Hair accesories, too. The stuff is very trendy and true that they will only be in a season or two. This new line should improve the quality regardless of trendy vs. classic. We'll see....
12yay Beverly Center! so close to me...I have to visit Heritage 1981 too..i love those new items which are vintage Forever 21! yay!!
13i am EXTREMELY excited.
14wow i had no idea
doesn't forever 21 also have the heritage line/store
15"heritage 1981" i think it is
That empire waist coat in grey-taupe is wonderful with semi-integrated belt is stunning.
16I'm discovering the brand though : it seems to be very difficult to find in Europe (impossible?).
i agree with everyone else about the quality... some of their shirts only lasted me 3 machine washes
. the collection looks more classy, but i'm crossing my fingers and hope that the fabrics and how they put it together improves and correlate with their prices.
17Whoo hoo! I can't wait but like everyone else, I hope the quality is better.
18Maybe it's just me but whenever I go into Forever 21 I feel like I'm 15. I try on pieces and nothing looks right. I always feel like I'm trying too hard or something. I'm only 23 so I should feel comfortable there, right? I dunno. It's not a store for me, though I wish I could take advantage of the low prices. Maybe the "sophisticated" line is more up my alley.
19Although F21 is geared towards teen girls, the ones in the city and not in the mall usually attract women of all ages. Why? Cuz it's cheap! Although the quality isn't GREAT - just take your time to inspect the clothes - seams that match up, material, etc and you can still find something that's good quality. Just got to search! I'm excited about this though since I only drop serious cash on my handbags $_$ and never for clothes!
20The quality is usually crap, but these aren't clothes that you're going to wear for years. So I don't mind spending $12/$20 on a shirt that I know I'll only be able to launder two or three times before I have to throw it out. But I also wouldn't spend more than $40 on something there. And even that is pushing it.
