Beyonce is the original copy cat. She bigins with JLO and always takes from others here and there. I don't think she is fierce. She acts like it but she is not. Rihanna copies Bey then made a 180 degrees shift and sometimes tries too hard. But she is young, so she probably is still searching for herself.

Ciara is unique and healthy. Ever since her first single with the crunch, she was an original. I also like her growth very much, she indulges in the man/woman character in a more mature way than Bey does, keeping her tomboyish original style. Bey at 27 put out there lyrics of a new comer who is a teen. she always pretends and resorts to big bang effects : Sasha Fierce ! If she is so Fierce, she wouldn't tell it. She tries too hard, copies more than anyone, resorts to oversexed outfits more than anyone. And the saddest part is that she has more intrinsec vocal talent and charisma and yet, as the oldest and more talented one she is the one who is always half nude for any song put out there. She is not fierce, she is just exploiting to the max the sexpot thang ad nauseum. She tries too hard and her style even outside translates that.

Ciara can pull off a song without being half naked and does it appearing fierce nonetheless. Plus in the long term, her non overexposure is beneficial. The growth put in her sophomore album should put Bey into shame. At 27, she puts a ring on it, while others were able to put out there songs like a boy without exposing their thighs ad nauseaum.

IF Bey is so fierce, why does she cower behind her "alter ego" Sasha-whatsh*tcalled? In fact I respected Bey more, and considered her more fierce prior to her Sasha days- I mean, at least Rihanna is OWNING her fierceness, and Ciara just as much, they don't try to call it by another name. In fact Kanye's prob fiercer than all three ladies, Kanyeezy's alter ego is Kanyeezy himself!

I picked Beyonce for that total inner confidence she possesses. I agree with some of the above comments, I think Rihanna is trying to be edgy, rather than actually being edgy. And it seems like she's been made over - after all, she had a totally different image and style when she started out. I like Ciara as a performer too, but I think Beyonce is so charismatic - when she's on screen, you can't help but watch her.

Rihanna all the way, she has a unique sense of style and she takes risks, she actually communicates her personality through her clothes/make-up/tattoos. Ciara is second. Beyonce just sees things on the runway and wears them as they are, she doesn't make them her own.

Ciara. She doesn't seen to try too much. I haven't seen her in many avant-g pieces ...but whatever she does wear thats out there usually seems less contrived than say when rihanna and Beyonce wear it. Beyonces just tends to make things tacky, though lately she¡s been looking good. Rihanna just seems like a trendwh*re to me, I just can't think of a reason she'd think to wear those leggin things ... I can't. She always looks too overworked as opposed to effortlessly cool.

yea i also don't understand why these three are being compared. first, not one of them is a hip hop artist. they're all a sort of variation of pop artists, with beyonce and ciara veering more towards r&b then rihanna right now. are we going to start calling amy winehouse a hip hop artist because she's had cameo's in her songs from jay-z and ghostface killah? so let's stop ignorantly lumping people together.

and they're not the same person. are we going to do a comparison of britney spears, hilary duff, and christina aguilera next? oh why not? because they all have distinctive styles. all black people don't look alike, fabsugar. i don't think it's fair to compare three people's general styles to each other. if they're wearing the same dress ok...otherwise it's kind of supect.
