I know prom isn't as formal as it was when I was in high school back in the 90s, but this is just seems WAYYYY too casual and beachy-looking for an occasion like prom.

I don't think they were going for dresses that you ACTUALLY wear to prom though... more like prom-style dresses... but who knows??
