You know I've been waiting for someone to wear my favorite lavender Marchesa dress from the designer's Fall collection. And that someone was Fab favorite Penelope Cruz. Alas, it's ill-fitting. Speaking of ill, Penelope otherwise looks radiant at the Broken Embraces premiere after a bout of food poisoning. From the sweet lavender color, to the jeweled bodice and back, and the drapes and ruching, this dress has it all. I just wish a proper fitting took place. Can you see past the fit and into the fabulous?

5She does not have the right body for that dress. I'm sorry, but she needs to start working out. I think it would have looked gorgeous on someone like Diane Kruger. It too was my favorite gown of the Fall collections.

9Hm, well Pen is gorgeous and everything but the focus on this dress is the waist and hers is not well defined, she has more of a 'square' shape. Not that a tailor wouldn't have come handy.

14i personally think she rocks her curves un this dress! diane kruger would not be able to fill this out.
15That color is my favorite, and I love the dress, but I agree that something is off with the way it fits her body.
16LOVE this color and i think that the style is very whimsical which is what this event calls for.
