Admittedly, the old-school pea coat is a perennial favorite, but this year designers are mixing it up with new twists on the classic double-breasted wool look, making them cropped, asymmetrical, and single-breasted. NICE! I have a grey wool coat that looks almost exactly like the Bebe coat above. Woohoo. What's better than already owning the next trend? Ha ha.
1i thought peacoats have been cool for a couple years now? bah..i can't keep up. i think they look best in dark/cool colors like grey,navy and black.
2I mostly agree with you siouxsie, but I had a friend who had a KILLER red wool pea coat. That green CK, though, hmmm...I dunno.
3yeah my sister had a long red one come to mention it and it did look nice. but i agree..the green..eh..not so much. i'm not really feeling the brown either...
4I adore the Zac Posen and the Bebe one. Peacoats are so beautiful, I've got a short brown one , and I recently bought a longer red one. I definately CAN'T wait for winter:P
