Without her fierce vest, B's outfit would have been ho-hum, but she knows the power of this slice of style. I'm thinking a studded vest is the perfect piece for a Summer concert, or — if you're feeling experimental — throw one over a bikini for a rebellious beach party look. Work it, own it . . .
