This vid conjures up so many emotions. And remember, it brewed some Madonna backlash, thanks to the burning crosses? As always, where would we be without her? The song itself is one of her most beautiful, heartfelt melodies — you can't help but belt it out. Madonna's look is very gothic romance, very Dolce & Gabbana. Dark and curly Madonna was short-lived, but super fine. My favorite part is when Madonna starts dancing with the choir — so fun — and the last shot of her with the burning crosses in the background. No choice your voice can take me there . . .
