Where have all the bows gone? For a while, it was all studs and leather, so it's nice to see the sweet thang is still around. What better way to evoke femininity than with bow belts? Emmy Rossum, on the streets of LA, manages to look not overly saccharine with her silver bow belt, Dita von Teese H&M charity tee, and light wash jeans. Sweet with a touch of spice.
