i love this look for Miley. She looks very grown up, but in a good way! i think she looks amazing and the best she's looked before.

It's a nice dress but for the cut and style to suit her it would have needed to be a lighter/silky shinier material to make it more appropriate... it looks a little too plain for her youth.
