It's mind-boggling how two women can make the same dress look so incredibly different. Case in point: bebe postergirl, Rebecca Romijn and Hulk Hogan's daughter, Brooke. I think Rebecca literally sizzles in her skin-tight metallic dress, while Brooke literally pops out of hers. Who do you think wore it better?!

2lighting baby, LIGHTING. Also, 'Becca's boobs aren't exactly in the super northern region, giving her a little breathing room in her upper chest area. AND the dress she's wearing is LONGER. She's also turned to the side, making her look skinnier in it.
This dress probably won't look good on anybody unless they're in the same photographic conditions as 'Becca.
But yeah, terrible choice for Mizz Hogan. She's a muscular girl with baby fat, there's no way a dress like that is going to look good on her.

10First, how could you ever beat out a model wearing this dress? Also, the lighting and airbrushing will always bring the poster girl out on top.

Rebecca, you can't compare Brooke Hogan to a supermodel! Brooke's dress looks way too tight on her and I like the color of Rebecca's dress better.

19Brooke is adorable with her bangs and her healthy, trim body however she has no sense to put outfits together properly. Everytime I see her she looks like a trainwreck. Rebecca just looks gorgeous and classy in this dress. Bebe is not my favorite though.
