We couldn't be more amazed with Emma Watson's highly anticipated ads for Burberry. Shot at its new headquarters in London, photographer Mario Testino captured the budding stylista looking calm and cool all while wearing Burberry's iconic trench coats and leather handbags. “I wanted the images to represent both the rich history and the modernity of the Burberry brand, while at the same time reflecting a quiet beauty, timelessness and strength that is particularly significant today,” said Christopher Bailey, creative director of Burberry. It's hard to believe Emma's only 19; these ads show a different, more mature side of the actress and I love it. What about you?

N゚mph
wow! i think she looks incredible!
Whoa, that doesn't even look like her
It's definitely hard to believe she's just 19! Especially since I'm 19 and I've never looked anywhere near that polished
Love it. She's such a doll.
I'm in love! This girl should pursue a career in modeling after HP is over, seriously.
I love the pieces but somehow they seem kind of old for a 19 year old to be wearing. The overall effect is great, don't get me wrong, I just don't think that it's the kind of clothing that a typical 19-year-old covets.
On a related note, I
...love my Burberry trench.
Ah...she's lovely. She has that certain touch of quiet gracefulness that allows her to wear classic and/or vintage pieces with ease while still keeping it young and fresh. She's like Diane Kruger in that way.
So stunning! Emma looks fabulous!
She's simply gorgeous! The makeup and hair really suit her. And I'm loving that trench as well.
I love it!
These are great photos and I adore Emma, but I also question if it's effective to have a 19-year old shilling Burberry. I'm in my late 20s and I still don't really relate to the brand (though I would love a Burberry trench).
People saying that Burberry isn't really something 19yrs old covet have missed out on the Gossip Girl explosion. I myself haven't seen the show but there is a lot more interest in higher end brands in much younger people because of it.
I remember being 19 and thinking Express and Le Chateau was high-end stuff.
Although, since I was 16, I've deeply coveted a Burberry trench (at $1,300, I will probably covet it for a few more years).
I like the ads, but I think they would be even better if they had chosen someone older, that combined class and attitude at the same time, like Diane Kruger or Charlize Theron. Emma looks lovely, but she's a little young to pull that kind of look off, in my opinion.
Her makeup is flawless and the ad is nice, but I agree w/a few others. Seeing someone younger than me (that isn't MK or Ashley) model Burberry does nothing for me. She still looks like a kid.
I think she is perfect for Burberry, even though she is a bit young for the brand, but she is elegant, classy and a perfect role model for young people.
i've always loved emma watson, but she's really growing into her looks now. absolutely fab!! not to mention, she can actually act
She looks stunning !!
It's superb.
I liked that they picked an actress who is not(yet) seen everywhere (like Scarlett, Keira, etc). While we can take a look at Emma Watson, she doesn't overshadows the clothes and accessories. Its a good balance.
I also like to see that they can pick young people and make elegant and classy features like these.
Yeah, Emma!
I think she is so adorable. She looks amazing here!
She looks beautiful and sophisticated! Burberry really suits her.
Even though I know she's 19, she looks much younger to me. I have a hard time seperating her from her HP role. She does look quite beautiful in these ads.
she's a stunner. i don't think she's too young at all. i am 19 and i will say that there are a lot of people my age and even younger that are an attractive market for luxury brands like burberry. i mean, i could've probably named more high-end brands than most thirty year olds by the time i was 16. of course, i'm waiting another 3 years to buy a burberry trench (i told myself it'd be the first purchase off of my first paycheque as a full-time employee)!
There is just something interesting about her and she really connects with the camera.
That's a pretty hefty quote from the photographer. Lots of adjectives.
Wow.
i LOVE this campaign - she looks fantastic. honestly who would have thought that emma would have grown into such a beauty from her early days in HP
While I think Emma is very lovely (I agree -- she has the quiet beauty that I love), to me, she is too young to be a Burberry spokesmodel. In my eyes, in those ads, she DOES look like a 19-year old. Her image is a mismatch with Burberry's "rich history," "timelessness," and "strength." I think Burberry was a little premature to tap Emma right now. Without question, I think she would have grown to embody all of those qualites, but not now at 19 years old. JMHO.
Gorgeous! I love her. I think that she is a timeless beauty that is NOT a mismatch with Burberry's "rich history". Yay Emma!
Emma's look wonderful in the ad. i love her style^^
Emma's perfect
i love Emma Style i love Burberry
