It's a tad too see-through and flamboyant for me. But, I bet I'd appreciate it if I got caught in a downpour! If it weren't made of that plastic-y material, and if it weren't so bright, I wouldn't mind as much. Do you dislike it as much as I do?

That is awful. It reminds me of a cheap Halloween costume for a waitress or something. The material reminds me of that gross polyester fabric.
