nobody else could pull it off better other than bold Whitney

I usually love her style and I admire her for being so brave with it, but this is just a no. Waay over the top.

I usually am obsessed with everything Whitney wears, and I've always thought she was the best dressed on the Hills...but this dress is a mistake...those polka dots are just not a good look, and the belled sleeves are just a tad awkward.

That does not flatter her shape at all. It's all wrong.

I have never liked her personal style. She and lauren share mutually bland taste and the clothes that they create and wear are rarely great peices that i would want myself

I love the IDEA of it. And I love the bell-sleeves. But it's too short, and it only looks ok on her because she's so thin.

too cheesy - normally I love polka dots and crazy clothing that a lot of people wouldn't wear, but this is just awful...

If the dress would be sleeveless and longer to just above the knee, it would be totally different story.

I usually love Whitney's style, but she looks hideous. If you want to make yourself stand out above the crowd wear polka dots. What was she thinking?

It's not the polka-dots I dislike. It's the cut of the dress with the long silly clown-like sleeves.

i feel like if it didn't have bell sleeves it would be a million times better. the sleeves make it costume-y.

Ummm can she not afford clothes that FIT her? And whatever happened to that golden rule of legs or cleavage, not both?

that's unfortunate. maybe its the fit or the background but it seems off somehow.
