Splish splash — I attended a super-fun pool party last weekend. Finding a splashy outfit is simple but the twist(er) was my parents were also in attendance. That's why I needed you to help me find a cute ensemble that wouldn't offend the elders. Don't get me wrong, the 'rents are cool, but there was no need to have my goodies hanging out amongst friends and fams. I started you off with this rad Free People Tie-Dye Beach Tote ($98); I adore the wavy print and extra-large shape.

1I like look 2. The bathing suit in 1 seems like it's for my grandmother, and combined with the slutty dress it's too strange. The stuff in look 3 is from Vineyard Vines, and I'd cut my veins before wearing any of their ill fitting clothes made for meemaws in the country club. Look 2 is just really pretty.
2I'm not quite sure what you mean by not having your goodies hang out in front of friends and family... Are you a nudist otherwise or are they offended by beach/pool wear? Seems strange... Have fun!
I like look three! Not a fan of maxi dresses, so that kinda ruined #2 for me. And not sure what was up with the jersey dress in look #1.
