German model Julia Stegner made an appearance at Berlin Fashion Week, and what a memorable appearance it was. We've seen ivory blazers before, but she spiced her version up with striped cropped pants with a sheen and Stella McCartney mesh sandals. Dagger and cross necklaces are the ideal accessories; they lend shine and a hint of bad ass. And I love the way she has her shagadelic hair flipped to the side a la surfer girl. Perfection all around.

5yeah, way too 90's - uggh, it's awful! I think it would have worked with different color pants or a different color shirt - the three colors are terrible together. I think with a nude top, I would love it...
